Record Numbers Attend 31st Annual International Fall Festival!

Clear skies and warm weather brought an estimated 20,000 people downtown on Saturday, September 20th for the International Fall Festival. Attendees saw a variety of entertainment from cloggers to belly dancers to world flute musicians. Food, crafts, and a parade of nations rounded out the day. Downtown Shopping and Dining Guide!

The 2008 Downtown Shopping & Dining Guide is complete! Featuring categories such as "Wine & Dine," "Get Pampered," and "Shop Till You Drop," you are sure to find something special! Look for your copy at most downtown locations, the Chamber of Commerce, the Convention and Visitors Bureau, and of course, the DECI office located in City Hall. A downloadable version coming soon!

After a long time in making we are proud to release a downtown living video.

Volume One's April Fools' Day Pillow Fight 2008

Volume One had their 3rd Annual April Fools' Day pillow fight. The five minute fight took place in the parking lot of Stella Blues. Many community members gathered for this crazy, fun-filled event, some in full protective gear! Check out this video produced by www.volumeone.org.
