| The Eau Claire Redevelopment Authority (RDA) is seeking proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of a property located at 2 South Barstow Street. The property is located in the southern section of the North Barstow Redevelopment District on the Eau Claire River across from Phoenix Park Neighborhood. The RDA is looking for a high quality, attractive, commercial/residential development that will fit the already established mixed use development in the South Barstow area and complement the newly developed area surrounding Phoenix Park.
