Phoenix Park Neighborhood
As of June 1st, the development of the highly anticipated
Phoenix Park Neighborhood
is underway! The day ran congruent to the Taste of Eau Claire with
investors, developers, council members and residents alike all watching the
first stage of development in this urban-style neighborhood. The
future neighborhood will be conveniently located across from the beautiful
Phoenix Park and will consist of mixed used development ranging from a
pharmacy to cafes to modern apartments.
Brand New Downtown Living Video
After a
long time in making we are proud to release a downtown
living video.
It is a way for us to share our love for downtown and the
great benefits that you get from living here. You can view

Volume One's April Fools' Day Pillow Fight 2008
Volume One had their 3rd
Annual April Fools' Day pillow fight. The five minute fight took place in the parking lot of Stella Blues.
Many community members gathered for this crazy, fun-filled event, some in full protective gear! Check
